Welcome to the EtiamTata Matchmaking service. By using our service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our broad policies.

Eligibility: This service is exclusively for EtiamTata members who are U.S. nationals.

Data Collection and Sharing: Your submission authorizes the collection of personal information, including IP addresses and responses, by Wufoo, which may be shared with EtiamTata and other parties.

Review Process: The EtiamTata Matchmaking Team will evaluate submissions. Qualified information will be stored on EtiamTata servers; non-qualifying responses will be deleted, though Wufoo may keep a copy. Review Wufoo's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Use: Information provided is utilized by the EtiamTata Matchmaking Team and may be communicated digitally or in person. Efforts are made to delete all related data post-matchmaking, though third parties may retain copies.

Changes to Terms: EtiamTata reserves the right to modify these terms without notice.
